The BOA and LWRP projects are community-based planning efforts that seek to integrate ideas generated from residents, business owners, and other stakeholders into the actual development of plan recommendations. Involvement and participation by the public is critical to ensuring the planning processes are successful and the final plans achieve the vision of the community.
